“As an artistic child myself, one of my favorite things to do growing up was to go to the local Art Studio (Taller de la Ribera <3 ) each Saturday where we could paint freely and explore different art techniques! I want to provide that same safe & loving space for children (and families) to explore their creativity and imagination.”
In this 2 Saturdays Workshop we will be making with clay, learning hand building and then painting, creating with our hands a special gift for our loved ones.

Part 1: Saturday, January 25 : Making with clay - 11 to 12:30 pm
The first Saturday we will model the clay and make our pieces. After that, the pieces need to dry and get fired in the kiln.
Part 2: Saturday, February 8 : Painting ceramic pieces - 11 to 12:30 pm
The second Saturday we will paint the fired pieces with underglazes and later they will be glazed and fired a second time.
No experience necessary! Come have fun and play with clay!
Making with clay is very grounding and calming as well.
This class is for families to make and learn together.
All materials and firings of the pieces are included.
Pre-Registration is required.

FIRST PAIR = $98 parent/child (2 people= Adult + Child =$98) for the two part workshop.
EXTRA PARTICIPANTS = $42 Extra person (extra child or extra adult each =$42 each) for the two part workshop.
